"Namaste "

My yoga teacher says it after our practise .. and the perform " Namaste". We place the hands together at the heart., close the eyes and bow the head. and then bringing the hands down to the heart. Namaste should be done both at the beginning and at the end of calss. and also often times will use ' namaste ( namah te ) as greeting to say hello and goodbye. ..many translation in english to namaste, and he are some of them
  • I salute the divine in you
  • I bow to the divine in you
  • when we are in that place, we are one.
  • I greet the place where you and I are one
Talking about ..Namaste’ or ‘namaskar’ is the Indian way of greeting each other. Wherever they are – on the street, in the house, in public transport, on vacation or on the phone  ..(usually when Hindus meet people, the most popular form of greeting in India)
