keep healthy with exercise




Inspired by friend who is the spirit of sport and eager to live a health.
( dear  friend ,you successfully lose weight....congratulation !!! motivational for me to always exercise)
So I wanna share about live healthy with exercise.

What are to ?,
This problem often faced by women today .. especially Teens like my daughter nabila., current.
I always told her , ..The best thing to lose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, consume fruit and vegie' lots of drinking water, and sports...and your lifestyle changes ... Naturally !!!

I know exactly how her feel. It’s difficult to lose weight and get a slim body ..'cause I know, appearances are needed for her age .. It takes time to lose weight. ** although I feel that she looks slim and skinny **
There are many diets out there to follow and each on has it’s own standards and recommendations.
Most people don’t know what to follow and have many questions to what is right and what foods to eat.
Beside Exercise and diet other way to lose weight is , diet pills .
We know that many people sell and promote the diet pills.
A few days ago I found a diet pills in her room .. quite surprised me !.. I'm afraid, Diet pills can change the way her metabolism works.
I told her ::Be careful with diet pills !!!--I've had some friend bad experiences trying some of them.
Diet pills should be safe to use!! While we are taking any diet pill, we should be careful about the side effect. .
Ya ..There are many diets out there to follow and each on has it’s own standards and recommendations.

Actually ..It is very hard to stay focused and think about our self and our health.
It's important to have a belief in our self and maintain our health.
It's hard to lose weight, but it is more difficult to keep slim.. yes Change lifestyle. A diet is simply a way of eating. It’s a long-term commitment not a one-time event.
According to expert :Eating 5-6 small meals per day is the key to a fast metabolism.
Every time you eat a meal, your body’s metabolism starts up a new spin cycle caused by the thermic effect of food.

** Just note for me : I am determined this month to get back in shape and healthy.. Stop being a freakin' 'camilan'. eat well and back to yoga exercise..( after three weeks absent)
