I had an experience which I want to share..., During short vacation in Singapore, I attended a yoga class @ Pacific Plaza at Scotts Road, the first one for me.... Taking a yoga class for the first time can be exciting and a little 'scared .. with prof all member and .. prof teacher ... Hatha Yoga with instructor Adinath . , I never thought I could do some of the positions required but .... Surprisingly, I can follow ....pose to pose....( he told me that believe .. soon will increase your flexibility .. ~~~ I remember ,, Adi told me : during exercise..with any pose . "mom.. How many times should you perform this exercise and how long should you hold the pose...?. you have to make attention to do that..............like .. The Dog pose and Cat pose... What is the difference between the Dog Pose and cat pose. please explain. ( I ask ...) he answers deeply :::: the cat pose you do on your knees, as shown above. and Doing dog pose, you touch the floor with your feet, while your legs are straight. ... and ... Clear ... I make a lot conversation with him .. .....so make me increase my knowledge and skills about yoga ...

made me laugh throughout the movie!...it was fun and entertaining ..

This film tells the story of a father-in-law who is so obsessed with "family tree" and a son-in-law who was trying desperately to convince his father-in-law if he was able to become head of the family is good. So many misunderstandings that occurred when the son-father-in-law assured.

She's stunning ..good character in this story..funny, sassy, giggle, with a style that makes people passionately..

However the story is very entertaining, despite the simple story line but there is chemistry between each other ...

I went and saw the movie, YES MAN this weekend, its complete fell good movie, a movie about a man who says NO to life after going to a seminar has to say YES to everything...

YES MAN , tries to tell us something about how we live our lives, share the lesson that moment in life only happen when you truly let yourself go and learn to say YES..

Actually i'm not a a fan of Jim Carey, but its really gave me a different outlook on life, i think everyone needs to learn to say YES more, but also think that there are certain times when you should say NO .. its my opinion..

BUT...

O..O so many kisses there.. you know. i bring there with my children.. under 17 years old.. ..

(Remember Mom..!!)... Thats my fault ..clearly foolish...!!!!!!!!!!!

Happened To me ....JUST NOW

..I was queuing up at the Bakery in Breadtalk MM ..there was a mom and her boy ,I think should be in form (13 yrs old)

I assumed They were going back from school ..sorry i say , with a simple clothes'..

Her boy took a one bread ..at the counter, when the shop keeper punched the price..the mother looked puzzled looking at the price shown at the monitor..and he said "no.. no .. too expensive....."

Then she put pack the bread and left the bakery...with a very sad face and run ...

From Far......(I was deeply disturbed looking at their face..contemplating..to offer him to pay..but I was being me.. ..too shy to even offer..I stood there..looking at the boy..deep down I wanted to cry..."poor mom and boy...!! I wish they will be 'successful' one day..they can buy lots and lots of bread .."

That moment 'keep ' in my mind until now..I wish I have the courage then to offer paying for the bread ...perhaps I will not feeling so guilty now.. but i could'n . they run ,shame , seen by many people . .......

The main point is...nauzubillah...astagfirullah ...Alhamdulillah

I cant imagine being mom of boy... she wanted to give something to their children but not have any money... just only one bread .. fifteen rupiahs.

Perhaps we have fifteen thousand rpa is nothing ..we can easily spend that much for just one meal...but to those who is less fortunate?? it cost a life.....ooooo.....I struggle to pay all the car ,the house ,my shopping but some people struggle with the basic - ...what to eat tomorrow?...

This moment "touched" my heart ..it also a reminder...there are people out there who 's less fortunate..we have to be thankful for what we have...

Sometimes I use these 'moment' . to remind me once in a while.... dont forget. there are people out there who 's less fortunate..we have to be thankful for what we have.......

* I'll talk to my children..This is such a great reminder for us..

The baby has the disorder, including two heads, hands and feet of two, two spine, and chest, and abdomen together..

I hope advance technology and procedures doctors are able to help this baby,

I just cry from the deep heart ... reminder to my self ..that ALLAHU AKBAR ..Whenever Allah wants anything done, Allah merely says "Kun! Fayakun!" (Be! And so it will be!)

I realized How Lucky I am , , I was Thingking , how much Ni'mat , Allah has been giving to me. ..

see out there ????.. many people who suffer, .. Why should I complain ???? Then which of the favours of your Lord will you deny..

newyears night..with alvin

Watched Alvin and The Chipmunks with my medina on Thursday, 31th Dec 2009. Its a good things to celebrate new year night with all fam...^.^

In the afternoon.. we went PS to buy the ticket...but different movie tittle.... . Nice seating coz it is in the middle.( medina n I ..and gibran nabila n her dad ) After buying the ticket we went 'Marche for dinner .......

We shared the food ..as usual. Later we went into the cinema and watched the movie....different cinema...

Alvin n Chipmunk ..its really funny..

Love the movie. Nice songs and cute chipmunks. This time the movie includes Chippets.(female chipmunks) 2 songs caught my attention. The songs were Single Ladies and Right Round.

The movie length was around 1hour and 30minutes. It ended at around 9pm.

I had an enjoyable night with All.. Fam ^.^....Happy new year.
